**The Opportunity**

We're now looking for an experienced **Account Manager** to join our **Exterior Systems team** in **Darra**, managing a key portfolio across **South East Queensland** including Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Ballina, and Lismore.

Reporting to the** Sales Manager - Residential**, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and growing relationships across major builders, contractors, and resellers. This role is all about developing strong commercial partnerships, driving demand across our product range, and protecting our market share for the CSR Exterior Systems brands.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement customer growth plans that drive continuous share growth across the product portfolio.
- Proactively engage with builders, contractors, and resellers to promote the full CSR Exterior Systems offering.

- Responsible for developing and maintaining of Territory & Key Account Plans for the portfolio.
- Using CRM to record customer activity & market intel (daily/weekly)

- Manage the conversion of specified projects into successful sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with CSR's national sales and support teams to deliver results aligned to business targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence to inform strategy.
- Maintain a structured call cycle, sales pipeline and provide regular activity reporting.

**About You**

You're a **solutions-focused, commercially minded Account Manager** who thrives on building relationships and delivering results. You bring a mix of strong communication, initiative, and technical understanding of building products.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- **5+ years' experience in account or territory management** (building, construction, or related industry preferred).
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and drive commercial outcomes.
- Strong time management, organisation, and CRM reporting skills.
- A collaborative approach - you value team performance as much as individual success.
- The ability to read plans or understand technical elements of building products (advantageous).
