Global Food business is looking for an account executive to join the team.

**Your new company**

Is a market leading food manufacturer that is part of a global food conglomerate that turns over in excess of $11 billion worldwide. Locally the business is number one in its field and operates across 15 sites in ANZ, supplying a range of products and ingredients to business in a number of different channels. The company would have products made by their ingredients in every kitchen in Australia and is one of the most well known in its field.

**Your new role**

The role is accountable for the performance of a designated geographical portfolio of customers. In the context of executional business goals of unlocking sales growth, protecting the core and continuous improvement, the role is accountable for managing the partnerships, whilst continuing to service and develop major customers.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you could have one of two backgrounds, firstly previous experience selling food products in the food service channel would set you up to succeed in this role, as you would already have industry connections and know how that customer base works. Seconds, you may also have a background as a baker, being able to talk technically to the customer base about the product offering and make product suggestions to solve their problems, you will also be driven and have strong commercial acumen.
