Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Receivable officer to join a mission-driven finance team. This is a hands-on role managing the end-to-end AR and billing function. About the Role

The Accounts Receivable Officer ensures timely collection of payments, maintains accurate financial records and fosters positive customer relationships

  • Manage the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle, including billings, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Process refunds and and collect outstanding debt within agreed timelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service resolving queries
  • Process daily credit card reconciliations and manual charges as required.
  • Process interest, refunds, credits, and ensure timely receipting and bank reconciliation.
  • Generate and review month-end AR reports .

Requirements:

  • This role would suit someone who is a quick thinker, confident on the phone, and can hit the ground running
  • 6-12 months + years' experience in AR, billing, or credit control / Or Relevant accounting qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic Excel skills and confident across finance systems.
  • Motivated to grow, and contribute to broader finance transformation initiatives.
