*Your New Role*Working closely with highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers across the country, you'll advise on complex legal issues at the intersection of technology and intellectual property. Advising high-profile clients, your new role will see you:

  • Advising on risk management in regulatory, litigious, and pre-litigation matters including defamation.
  • Running disputes and litigation across the full spectrum of IP: patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, confidential information, passing off, and misleading or deceptive conduct.
  • Guiding clients on IP strategy, including brand protection, IP commercialisation, trademark and design prosecution.
  • Managing global IP portfolios, liaising directly with IP offices and international agents.
  • Drafting and filing trademark and design applications.
  • Advising on IT and regulatory matters spanning IP, privacy, and compliance.
  • Representing clients in dispute resolution on technology-related issues.

Your Skills Profile

  • 3-5 years' PAE in experience in IP and technology law
  • Experience in commercial law with a genuine interest to specialise in IP/T law;
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, brings energy and adaptability, and delivers commercially smart solutions;
  • Excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Comfortable owning matters and engaging with clients directly
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities with clarity and confidence
