AHS Group is a well-established, family-owned business and the NSW dealer for Kubota and Case Construction Equipment. We supply premium machinery to the construction and agricultural sectors through a strong dealer network across Sydney and the South Coast.

We are looking for a Junior Parts and Service Advisor to undertake a traineeship and join our Ingleburn team. If you're customer-focused, mechanically minded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this could be the role for you.

The successful applicant will receive a Certificate III qualification as well as invaluable hands on experience.

As a trainee you will be trained and equipped with the skills and knowledge within the construction and agricultural machinery industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Parts interpreting- determining the parts required by the customer.
  • Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation.
  • Responding to customer enquiries from the counter, phone, and internet.
  • Assisting other team members in daily transactions
  • Picking, packing and correctly labelling goods for freight companies
  • Receiving and dispatching of products, including checking and processing inventory

  • Inventory stocktakes and stock location management

  • Other duties as required within the scope of role

The Successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude highly advantageous
  • Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • A current Drivers Licence
  • Punctuality and self-motivation
  • Initiative and a hard-working attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A friendly and approachable personality
