About Our Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join our team on a fixed term 18 month contract as maternity leave cover.

About You
Your new role would see you creating, amending and formatting reports, letters, updating CV's with relevant experience, collating information for submissions and documents in line with WGA's formatting standards, assisting with domestic travel requests and car bookings through our internal booking system and ad-hoc requests and to collaborate with the admin team to ensure that all requests are completed in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to build effective and inclusive relationships
  • Previous experience in an administration role with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent computer skills and an intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Proven experience liaising with internal staff at all levels - in this role, you'll work closely with the internal team from undergraduates through to technical directors
  • The ability to exercise sound judgment and find solutions to problems
  • The ability to enjoy being flexible with your workload to accommodate ad hoc duties as they arise
