About the role
Trident Signs (WA) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Administration professional to join our team in our Wangara office. This is a full-time role and will involve providing support to various teams across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Using company specific program to organise daily sign runs
- Raising invoices/jobs for incoming email order approvals
- Keeping a clean working area
- Providing general support to the broader team as required
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a range of customers
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
