Branch Manager,
you'll lead two dedicated teams while supporting team development, driving business performance, and enhancing member experience. Your success will be defined by how well you develop people, embed a positive culture, and connect with the community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned leader ready to step into a broader role, focused on developing people and growing community impact and business development in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Inspiring and leading two diverse, passionate branch teams across Collins Street and Caroline Springs
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration in both locations
  • Leading branch performance across two locations, aligning with broader strategic goals
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional service by providing structured coaching and feedback
  • Driving member retention, acquisition, and referral outcomes across both sites
  • Identifying business development opportunities across both communities
  • Strengthening People First Bank's presence and reputation through local engagement and partnerships
