The role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Collins Street Dental Aesthetics in the Melbourne CBD. In this casual role, you will play a vital part in supporting our dentist and providing exceptional patient care.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting the dentist during procedures
- Setting up surgery for dental procedures
- Sterilising instruments and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Greeting patients, checking them in, and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit
- Performing basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Dental Assistant min 3 years
- Extensive knowledge of dental & sterilisation procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to put patients at ease
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, sterile, and organised work environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Must be flexible with availability and able to work 8 Saturdays a year
