**About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager/ Registered Migration Agent to join our team at KBA Global Pty Ltd in Little Collins Street, Melbourne. In this full-time position, We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager who is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN required). In this dual role, you will oversee the branch's day-to-day operations, manage and mentor staffs, and provide migration advice and services to clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a wide range of immigration matters.

  • Prepare and lodge visa applications across multiple categories with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Represent clients in immigration tribunals, reviews, and appeals.

  • Conduct detailed research and analysis to formulate effective migration strategies.

  • Maintain thorough client records while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Deliver accurate, ethical, and professional migration advice in line with current legislation and policy updates.

  • Manage case files diligently to ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional service delivery to all clients.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve individual and organisational goals.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and overall branch performance.

  • Represent the company at professional, community, and networking events to build strong industry and client relationships.

What we're looking for

  • Admission as a Registered Migration Agent and/or a current legal practising certificate

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in immigration law, preferably in a similar role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client service

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records

  • Ambitious team leader eager to take on the challenge of elevating a newly opened branch to the next level.
