As Branch Manager, you'll lead two dedicated teams while supporting team development, driving business performance, and enhancing member experience. Your success will be defined by how well you develop people, embed a positive culture, and connect with the community.

Key responsibilities include :

• Inspiring and leading two diverse, passionate branch teams across Collins Street and Caroline Springs
• Fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration in both locations
• Leading branch performance across two locations, aligning with broader strategic goals
• Mentoring and coaching team members to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional service by providing structured coaching and feedback
• Driving member retention, acquisition, and referral outcomes across both sites
• Identifying business development opportunities across both communities
  Strengthening People First Bank's presence and reputation through local engagement and partnerships

About You:

You're a natural leader of people —someone who thrives on building capability, motivating teams, and creating inclusive, high-performing environments. You balance business insight with a strong community mindset, and you thrive with a diverse range of responsibilities.

You'll bring:

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site or high-volume branch environment
• A strong coaching and mentoring approach to team development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence
• A proactive approach to business development and community engagement
• A passion for member service and experience excellence
