Employment Special Counsel/Partner

About the role:

  • Lead and manage the Employment Law practice within the firm
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation on complex employment law matters
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff
  • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives to grow the practice

The ideal candidate:

  • Special Counsel/Partner level (8 + PQE).
  • Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
  • Experience in all areas of employment law, coming from a recognised team/firm.
  • Genuine drive to learn, develop and succeed in the Employment space with demonstrated leadership skills.
