We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join the busy and highly regarded Labour & Employment ("L&E") team in our Sydney office.

You will enjoy working within our Sydney L&E team, but given our collaborative culture, you will also enjoy working with our Perth L&E team, as well as our wider global L&E teams. Collaboration is key, so we are seeking a team players, who is hardworking, down to earth, and adopts an inclusive work style.

We are looking for someone with a passion for, and at
least 10 years
legal experience primarily in, Labour & Employment law. The role will mainly involve a mix of advisory and litigation work, with some corporate support work. Private practice experience is essential, but in house experience, or experience within the courts/commissions, employer associations or government, would also be valued. Our clients include both Australian and multinational organisations, including FTSE100 and Fortune 100 companies.

This is a fast-paced role, so the ability to maintain an excellent level of service under pressure is essential. Your ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously will see you shine in this role.

You will be self-motivated, have a high level of attention to detail, be commercially savvy, a strong communicator, and display technical excellence.
