Senior Associate or Special Counsel | Complex Commercial & Construction Disputes

Join one of Western Sydney's leading Construction and Commercial litigation practices, renowned for managing major disputes across commercial, construction and corporate law. Based in the heart of Parramatta, the firm regularly handles complex, high-value matters in the Supreme Court, often ranging from $10M to $100M.

You'll work alongside ex–top-tier Partners and senior lawyers who bring deep expertise and a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach. The culture is mature, collaborative and high-performing a place where talented litigators are trusted to deliver and truly valued for their work.

About the Role

You'll manage a mix of construction and commercial disputes, appear in Supreme Court and NCAT proceedings, and mentor junior lawyers. Expect real variety, from high-stakes litigation to strategic advisory work, all within a team that values trust, capability and collaboration.

About You

5+ years' PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution

Strong experience in construction or contractual disputes

Excellent advocacy, drafting and strategy skills

Commercial mindset and genuine client focus

Confident leading files and mentoring others
