Hope & Glory is proud to be recruiting for a highly respected organisation that plays an important role in Australia's economic landscape. This temporary assignment offers an excellent opportunity to apply your stakeholder engagement expertise in a fast-paced, high-profile setting.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced stakeholder engagement professional to join on an immediate, short-term basis. Working within a collaborative team, you will lead engagement activities with key business and industry stakeholders to support strategic priorities.

You'll be expected to step straight in, apply your judgement, and deliver results from day one.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business and industry stakeholders
  • Supporting the delivery of strategic engagement initiatives that align with organisational priorities
  • Advising leaders and colleagues on engagement strategies and approaches
  • Developing high-quality written materials
  • Navigating sensitive and sometimes ambiguous contexts.

This is a temporary role and requires an immediate start. Melbourne CBD with some work flexibility at the discrection of our client.

About You

We ask that potential applicants consider each of the following criteria carefully before applying. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B stakeholder engagement (government, infrastructure or related sectors ideal)
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive materials
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver under time pressure
  • Immediate availability to take on a temporary assignment
  • Qualifications with IAP2 principles of stakeholder engagement (advantageous).

In terms of your work style, you show a collegiate and flexible approach, and you bring the confidence and maturity needed to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
