Performance Executive – Paid Social (with Paid Search & Programmatic Exposure)
- Contract role - Immediate start - 18th December
- 20 hours a weed - Tuesday & Thursday in office - ad hoc on other days as per business needs
- Passion for paid social and performance marketing
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- 18 months hands-on paid social experience (paid search or programmatic exposure a bonus)
- Agency experience desirable

With a collaborative approach, we partner with clients on end-to-end execution and continuous performance improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…
You'll be working across one of our key retail clients with a primary focus on paid social campaigns, while gaining exposure to paid search and programmatic. Day-to-day, you'll manage campaign builds, activations, pacing, optimisation and reporting across social platforms. You'll monitor budgets, complete daily checks, and provide insights on performance trends.
Alongside this, you'll have opportunities to support on paid search campaigns and get hands-on exposure to programmatic platforms. You'll work closely with your manager on strategy, test-and-learn initiatives, creative reviews and campaign analysis, while also supporting client-facing tasks, financial processes and post-campaign reporting – all within a collaborative team environment.
YOU WILL NEED…
- Strong interest in paid social and performance marketing
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Minimum 18 months hands-on paid social experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Knowledge or exposure to paid search and/or programmatic highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
