Who are we looking for?
As a Performance Director, you'll set the standard for brilliant campaign delivery and team leadership across Half Dome's client portfolio. You'll work closely with Performance Managers to ensure our campaigns don't just land but lead the market; combining strategic oversight with hands-on expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This is a senior role with real impact: you'll be accountable for the performance of client accounts, shaping activation strategies that drive growth, and building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Just as importantly, you'll coach, mentor, and inspire your team; creating an environment where high standards, curiosity, and innovation thrive.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Leading performance strategy and execution across digital channels, ensuring client investments deliver tangible business results
- Acting as a trusted senior advisor to clients and the Client Solutions team, translating objectives into impactful activation strategies
- Guiding and mentoring Performance Managers and Executives, ensuring workflows, QA processes, and optimisation are consistent, effective, and future-focused
- Spotting opportunities to innovate; from testing schedules and new channel opportunities to digital maturity roadmaps that unlock long-term growth
- Overseeing reporting and insights, raising the standard for how we communicate performance and strategy back to clients
- Building strong partnerships with publishers, tech platforms, and media partners to unlock commercial value for both clients and Half Dome
- Championing Half Dome's values day-to-day, creating a culture where feedback, learning, and collaboration are part of every project
You're a data-driven strategic leader with deep hands-on expertise digital activation, and proven experience leading teams and client portfolios. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing detail and big-picture thinking with ease. You build trusted client relationships, mentor and inspire your team, and are always looking for smarter, sharper ways to raise the bar.
