We're on the lookout for a talented
Performance Executive
to join our team, working across one of Australia's leading health insurance brands. This is a unique opportunity to work on campaigns that make a real difference - driving strong business growth and better health outcomes for members.
Whether you're a Search or Social specialist, or a Performance wizard, or someone who thrives across multiple biddable channels, this is your chance to work on high-impact campaigns and big budgets and help drive real business outcomes.
You'll be part of a team that's passionate about performance, obsessed with data, and driven by innovation. From day one, you'll be hands-on with campaign delivery, optimisation, and reporting, whilst being supported by managers and leaders who want to see you grow fast and go far.

What will your day to day look like?
- Own the delivery of performance campaigns across search, social, and/or programmatic.
- Monitor pacing, conduct QA checks, and ensure campaigns are running smoothly and accurately.
- Optimise bids, targeting, and creative using platform-native AI tools.
- Analyse campaign data and draft insights and recommendations for performance improvements.
- Support client presentations, reporting, and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand safety, viewability, and compliance.
- Contribute to planning conversations and provide data-driven recommendations.
What will set you up for success?
- 1+ years' experience in digital media, either agency or in-house, across search and/or social (programmatic experience is desirable, though not essential)
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and familiarity with DV360 or The Trade Desk.
- Understanding of bid management tools (e.g. SA360), tagging and attribution (GTM, Floodlight, GA/GA4).
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in campaign execution.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and performance insights.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
- Campaign planning skills and a t by liaising closely with external vendors, internal teams, clients and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of digital vendors and their offerings (particularly within Paid Search & Social).
- Excellent relationship management skills to build trusted and successful partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and digital media vendors. You'll also connect with media partners like Google and Meta to stay ahead on tools and innovation
