Early Childhood Educator Opportunities – Bayswater Area (Eastern Suburbs) Long Day Care | Multiple Positions | ASAP Start

I'm currently partnering with a well-regarded long day care service in the Bayswater area to recruit several Early Childhood Educators. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a centre with a strong community presence, a warm team culture, and a genuine commitment to high-quality early learning.

About the Role

The centre is seeking passionate, hands-on Diploma-qualified Educators to join their team in various positions across the service.

You will:

  • Work closely with a supportive team in the toddler room or younger age groups
  • Participate in shared planning, documentation, and curriculum implementation
  • Support a calm, respectful, child-led learning environment
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Work across both indoor and outdoor spaces as part of the daily program
  • Contribute to a team culture that values initiative, responsibility, and active engagement
  • Have the opportunity to support and collaborate with a well-established kinder team with strong educational systems already in place

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care / Cert 3 (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to high-quality practice
  • A proactive, "go-getter" attitude — someone who's willing to jump in and contribute
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, respectful, relationship-focused approach
  • Confidence working in a collaborative, shared-leadership environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability across daily routines and environments
