This is a role is for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher with a passion for Educational Leadership, who's ready to lead with heart, laugh with joy, and make a lasting impact in the lives of children and their families

About the Role:

As a key leader of our centre, you'll play a key role in building a vibrant,

welcoming, and inspiring environment for children, families, and Educators. It's important you understand the Jenny's ELC values and help to transition the centre to a new level of quality and care.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Develop and implement positive behaviour guidance strategies that support children's self-regulation and emotional wellbeing.

 Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

 Advocating for amazing educational outcomes for children while having fun along the way

 Create engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning environments that support children's individual interests and needs.
