We champion excellence and implement a play-based, emergent curriculum across our nine early learning services in Victoria.

We build the capability of thousands of leaders, teachers, and educators each year through accredited training, blended learning, coaching & mentoring programs, and networking events.

The opportunity

We're looking for an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team. As an enthusiastic ECT, with VIT registration, you'll bring a well-developed knowledge of the NQF and approved Early Learning Frameworks and a passion for ongoing learning and growth in your teaching practice. You'll lead, coach, and inspire a small team of educators in developing and implementing a high-quality pedagogical program by role modelling professional practice reflective of Gowrie Victoria's purpose, philosophy, and values.
