Classroom of Hope is an award-winning Australian-registered charity. Our mission is simple but powerful: a clean world where every child thrives in safe, uplifting schools.

Through our Transforming Education Program in Lombok, Indonesia, we build earthquake-resistant classrooms with recycled plastic blocks that remove 1.5 tonnes of plastic waste from the environment per classroom. Our Community Enrichment programs empower students and communities with life-changing extracurricular education.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager to help us grow and strengthen our donor portfolio. You'll manage relationships with everyone from individual donors to corporate partners, support our CEO in stewarding major donors, and keep our fundraising CRM humming with accurate, up-to-date data.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, securing repeat gifts and uplifts.
  • Grow our corporate partnerships through creative and engaging fundraising initiatives.
  • Create targeted communications to inspire giving.
  • Research and profile current and prospective donors, grants, and funding opportunities.
  • Oversee donation tracking, stewardship, and donor recognition.
  • Collaborate with our small, passionate team to develop engagement strategies.

What You Bring

  • 3–7 years' experience in fundraising, donor relations, or high-value relationship management (charity/NGO preferred).
  • Proven track record in developing donor relationships and securing funding.
  • Creative communication skills to inspire and engage supporters.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Flexibility to travel to rural communities if needed.
