Location: Western Sydney   
Salary:  $100k - $130k + Super + Company Car + Bonus   
Role Highlights: This newly created, strategic role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of growing the waffle pod segment of the business. You will be at the forefront of driving significant market expansion, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships and secure new business.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will own the growth of the residential and light commercial waffle pod market. Monthly, you'll build strong client relationships and manage quotes and tenders. Weekly, you'll coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth deliveries. Daily, you'll pursue leads, engage onsite, and report on sales progress.

This autonomous role requires a hunter mindset and accountability. Supported by an experienced team and solid infrastructure, you'll have the freedom and tools to become the go-to waffle pod expert in your market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth in the Waffle Pod market across residential and small commercial sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with concreters, builders, and contractors to build a loyal client base
  • Collaborate effectively with production, dispatch, and scheduling teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Proactively pursue opportunities by following up leads, preparing quotes, and engaging in tenders
  • Build a strong on-site presence and become the trusted point of contact for your customers
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, key wins, pipeline progress, and upcoming opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • BDM or Sales Rep with 3+ years selling waffle pods slabs
  • Strong network of concreters or builders and a track record of new business development
  • A solid understanding of the building and construction industry
  • Experience dealing with site-based clients – you know how to handle concreters/trades
  • A hunter mindset – this is about building, not inheriting
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership
  • A current driver's license – this is an on-the-road sales role
