Davidson is in partnership with a leading provider of FMCG products, supplying trusted brands across Australia and to more than 20 countries worldwide. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to take ownership of operations at their Toowoomba site - driving safety, quality and efficiency in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to lead a capable production team and shape a site that's central to our ongoing growth. You will:

  • Manage all daily operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee maintenance, materials and logistics to minimise downtime and maximise output.
  • Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement across the site.
  • Motivate and develop staff, fostering a strong team culture built on accountability and performance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, costs and productivity.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing a manufacturing or production facility.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build engagement and drive results.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS, maintenance, quality control and operational performance.
  • Commercial understanding of budgets, inventory and supplier management.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
