Order Management Specialist – Full Time | Castle Hill | Onsite

We're seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist who thrives in a process-driven environment and enjoys working with precision, systems, and customer support. This is a full-time onsite position (5 days per week) based in Sydney, with both temporary and permanent opportunities available depending on your preference.

About the Role

As an Order Management Specialist, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate, efficient, and policy-compliant order processing — from managing customer orders and portals to handling returns, credit notes, and automation improvements. You'll be supported with extensive in-house training and work within a highly structured environment that values consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and validate customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain data integrity across multiple systems, including ERP and automation tools
  • Support customers with order-related enquiries, credit notes, and returns
  • Manage and update customer portals while enforcing order compliance
  • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate where required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance automation
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in order management, sales administration, or operations (ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors)
  • Experience in Esker is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to process
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving
