We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced eCommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

**Your Role**:
As a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. You will be responsible for driving online sales, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement across various digital channels. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and generate leads.
- Optimize website content and user experience to enhance search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
