Zonzo Estate Winery, located in the heart of Yarra Glen, currently has opportunities for experienced full-time pizza chefs to join its expanding team. This unique venue has a relaxed yet professional approach to its food, with a strong focus on antipasto, pizze, and share plates.

Successful applicants will require the following;

  • Australian working rights.
  • Ability to travel to Zonzo Estate in Yarra Glen.
  • Have experience in hand stretching dough
  • Experience working with a wood-fired pizza oven
  • Have experiencing topping and finishing pizzas
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Work efficiently under pressure during service.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Available to work on weekends.
  • Possess a current driver's licence and reliable transport.
  • A professional and dependable attitude.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Food safety knowledge and relevant certification.
