Remote Leadership & Executive Development Consultant

Are you an experienced senior leader looking for a meaningful career shift? This opportunity is designed for executives, directors, or people & culture leaders who want to leverage their leadership experience to make a positive impact while enjoying flexible, results-driven work.

You will work with a global personal and leadership development platform, mentoring and coaching individuals, supporting teams, and engaging with clients to help them achieve professional growth through award winning programmes and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional discovery conversations with prospective clients
  • Mentor and coach individuals through leadership and personal development programs
  • Support client engagement and follow-up via phone and email
  • Contribute strategic insights to enhance client outcomes
  • Manage your own schedule and workflow in a flexible, remote environment

Who You Are

  • Senior leader, executive, or people & culture professional with significant experience
  • Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, or developing teams
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and influence others
  • Self-directed, organised, and comfortable working independently
  • Interested in applying leadership expertise in a client-facing, development-focused role
  • Passionate about personal development
