About the Role

You will be the key point of contact for your allocated project, managing every stage of the sales process from enquiry through to settlement.

Your role will include, but not limited to:

  • Driving sales activity; calls, emails, and buyer follow-up
  • Qualifying leads and managing relationships with purchasers, vendors, and solicitors
  • Preparing and updating price lists, brochures, and lot plans
  • Coordinating external marketing on campaigns and collateral, including ads, EDMs, and social media
  • Tracking and reporting sales progress in the CRM
  • Negotiating deals, exchanges, and ensuring smooth settlements

About You

  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
  • Proven track record in project sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Professional presentation and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
