We're seeking a dedicated professional to take full ownership of our accounts payable function in a standalone role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy and enjoys being the go-to person for all things AP.

- Maintain accurate ledger balances and ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and company credit cards
- Review and assist with staff expense claims
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment queries
- Support audits, FBT preparation, and other finance-related matters
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
- Assist with accounts receivable and reporting tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller on payment runs and broader finance operations
- Perform other finance duties as required
About You
- Extensive experience in accounts payable, ideally in a standalone capacity
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- A proactive, adaptable team player who enjoys working independently
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working autonomously, and making a real impact in a finance team. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you
