About the role:

We are seeking an Operations Lead to provide Workforce, Financial and Compliance Reporting BAU support to a Domain. You will be fully supported in this role with plenty of on-the-job training and work closely with the Financial Lead.
You will have exposure to Senior Executives (EGM's, EM's) so your communication skills must be excellent to succeed in this well-respected role.
What you'll do:
- Lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of operational expenses and workforce for a Domain.
- Provide the Domain detailed analysis and recommendations relating to operational performance and metrics in collaboration across T&O.
- Oversee preparation of budget submissions and expense management processes to ensure compliance with day-to-day operational requirements. This includes the provision of advice and recommendations on adjustments to OPEX spend to support the achievement of budget targets.
- Provide tight oversight over all T&O expenditure
- Facilitate the establishment of workforce plans across Domain to meet workforce targets across both BAU and Project portfolios.
- Provide guidance to Domain's on vendor commercial planning, procedures and governance in accordance with vendor strategy and compliance requirements.
- Generate and present Domain's business performance report, using various data inputs for analysis. insights and key messages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships in order to influence internal and external T&O stakeholders in the successful implementation of BAU operational activities.
What you'll bring:
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- Some Financial / Business Studies / Statistics knowledge would be beneficial
- Experience is providing tailored advice to senior management
- Experienced presenter
- Experienced at managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to develop and manage multiple relationships and to influence and partner with varied stakeholders across the business
- Excel, Powerpoint and/or Power BI experience would be advantageous
