The Team
Our Insurance & Health department is headed up by 33 well-respected principals across six states. Within the insurance space our award-winning team is known for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional client service.
The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas. The principals that head up the team for this particular position are Nick Bell and Nick Andrew.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Special Counsel to join our dynamic Sydney Insurance team. The role offers a broad range of public liability (particularly matters in the education space) and general insurance work for an array of clients, which includes personal injury and historical abuse claims as well civil investigations.
About You
The successful candidate will possess previous defendant insurance and litigation experience within the liability area. Furthermore, candidates will possess strong communication skills, significant capacity for empathy and resilience, an enthusiastic approach and a focus on client service.
