Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.
• Address and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
• Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Manage arrears efficiently.
• Handle lease sign-ups with precision.
• Utilise our property management software, including Ailo.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Real Estate, preferably within property management.
• Current ACT Real Estate registration or licence.
• Reliable, roadworthy, registered vehicle.
• A willing and positive attitude.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a busy team.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
