About the Team
  • Work alongside experienced engineers, scientists, and planners on real-world projects from day one.
  • Contribute to a range of projects including flood studies, stormwater management, mine water assessments, and urban water design.
  • Support the delivery of water sensitive urban design (WSUD), drainage design, and hydraulic modelling for a variety of infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and gain exposure to both local and national initiatives.
  • Have the opportunity to get involved in project coordination, report writing, and client engagement, depending on your interests.
  • Be supported through structured graduate development, including mentoring, technical training, and assistance in working towards CPEng and RPEQ accreditation.
Qualifications
  • Final year students or recent graduates with a degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A passion for water resources, sustainability, and solving complex challenges.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
  • You must be able to commence work by February 2026. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.
