Job Description:

As a Water Resource Specialist, you will play a crucial role in addressing the challenges of sustainable water management. You will be responsible for coordinating input from multidisciplinary teams and delivering outputs that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct water planning activities within a Region, ensuring seamless collaboration with associated teams.
  • Draft policy papers and recommendations to inform the development of water plans and supporting documents.
  • Undertake technical reviews to inform the assessment of water management issues and liaise with technical experts to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Assist with consultations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, engineering, or natural resource management.
  • Proven experience in water planning, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
