- Final year students or recent graduates with a degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A passion for water resources, sustainability, and solving complex challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
- You must be able to commence work by February 2026. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.

- Interview: Attend a face to face interview at your local office
