About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Victoria's Secret — delivering world-class service, creating inspiring shopping experiences, and representing a brand loved by millions. Whether you're helping a customer find their perfect fit, sharing product knowledge, or keeping the store looking stunning, every moment is an opportunity to make an impact.

As part of the retail industry, you'll need to be available to work across weekends and peak trade periods.

  • Create personalised, memorable experiences for every customer

  • Drive sales by building strong customer connections
  • Support store operations — from merchandising to stock handling

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
