About The Role
Kinetic IT are looking for a creative Learning and Development Advisor to join the team for an initial 12 months fixed term contract starting January 2026. With the support of the manager this role will be involved with:
• Conduct learning needs analysis, to understand and prioritise capability development needs for specific projects in partnership with SMEs and wider People and Community.
• Manage Kinetic IT's Traineeship Program
• Instructional design and delivering training.
• Learning and Development Program Design & Delivery
• Learning documentation creation and implementation
• Information and Business Advice - Resolve queries from learners, course owners / SMEs etc. or vendors & partners, by providing information on learning programs, adult learning principles, policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
• L&D Data Management - Carry out a range of data processing tasks (principally within the LMS or associated reporting); advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes as needed.
• Complete reviews of the Quality Management System documentation processes within professional domain and apply continuous improvement updates as necessary.
What you'll bring to the table:
• Previous experience in learning and development or instructional design
• Exposure to organisational change management
• Experience of using LMS
• Experience of being delegated with a piece of work within the learning space and delivering
• Experience with Articulate
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management
