About the Role

As part of our front-of-house team, you'll be the friendly face welcoming patients and the skilled hands helping them see clearly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients, booking appointments and managing reception
  • Helping customers select frames and taking accurate facial measurements
  • Interpreting optical prescriptions and recommending lens options
  • Fitting, adjusting and repairing glasses
  • Supporting the optometrist in delivering outstanding patient care
  • Contributing to our happy, relaxed and professional practice atmosphere

What We're Looking For
  • Passionate about helping people and making them feel cared for
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • A keen eye for style and interest in optics
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in optical industry (1+ years preferred)
  • Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is required but can be obtained either before application or after hiring
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with us
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
