Due to a internal promotion, we are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our administration team as a Receptionist on a 12 month maternity leave contract.

The successful applicant will work alongside our fantastic team of Claims Administrators to provide support across all aspects of Administration within the company.

This role offers an excellent entry point into the organisation, with the potential to become permanent if the opportunity arises.

Based in Stapylton on the Northern Gold Coast, Juvenaire is one of Queensland's largest independent disaster recovery, restoration, and cleaning management companies. We are passionate about what we do and take pride in supporting people in their time of need. Working closely with insurance companies and builders, we deliver high-quality service with care and professionalism.

The Role

As the first point of contact at Juvenaire, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers and contractors over the phone. You will also be providing support as required to our very fast paced claims team and general administration support to all departments within Juvenaire.

The role is available for an immediate start with the 12 months contract starting at the time of employment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and direct incoming calls
  • Directing phone enquiries to relevant team members
  • Monitoring all emails in the claims inbox
  • Creating jobs in our internal management system
  • Monitor and maintain requirements through insurance/contractor portals while meeting relevant KPI's
  • Providing support (when required) to the claims team including scheduling, submitting reports and lodging work requests
  • Provide general administration support for all departments of the company
  • Develop an understanding of the business and its processes within all aspects of the company, and how you can support the business as a whole.
  • Completing Customer Surveys
  • Data entry
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

  • Intermediate to advanced Word & Excel skills
  • Ideally we would like someone with 1-2 years administration experience, however training is provided.
