The Role
We're looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things moving - coordinating tasks, keeping records tidy, organising orders and deliveries, and making sure the small details don't get missed. You'll work closely with our admin and technical teams to help keep the office and operations running smoothly.
This is an on-site role based in West Gosford.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders and support procurement (ordering, tracking, delivery follow-ups)
- Process deliveries and dispatch items via Australia Post/couriers
- Save delivery dockets and related paperwork into the correct shared drive folders
- Stock support: assist with stocktakes, restocking and keeping storage organised
- Manage office supplies and general office organisation
- Check mail and coordinate outgoing mail
- Maintain contact lists (including Mailchimp contact management as required)
- Coordinate uniform allocations and basic office admin requests
- Support internal checklists (e.g., vehicle checks, first aid kit checks)
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident with systems and processes (you keep records accurate and up to date)
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching priorities
- Reliable, punctual and takes ownership
Skills & Experience (Preferred)
- Previous admin/office experience (essential in some form)
- Confidence with Microsoft 365 Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with purchase orders, ordering, stock, or logistics is a strong advantage
- Exposure to a ticketing system (Autotask/ConnectWise/Halo/etc.) is helpful but not required.

- Australian residency or citizenship.
- A valid driver's licence.
