Our team of chiropractors, podiatrists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, massage therapists, dietitians, naturopaths and radiographers, are committed to integrated and patient focused care.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Allied Health Assistant with a passion for health and people to join our friendly front desk team. This is a client-focused role that involves regular interaction with patients, supporting our Allied Health practitioners, and contributing to the smooth daily running of the clinic, while delivering an outstanding patient experience. Flexible shifts are available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and occasional Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and manage front desk enquiries

  • Attend to telephone enquiries

  • Schedule and confirm appointments

  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical hygiene standards

  • Provide general administrative and office support

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

  • Professional, friendly, and compassionate approach

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous experience in a health-related field is desirable but not essential.

  • Permanent part time, casual and traineeship opportunities are available.
