Project Supervisor – Landscaping

Vereco is a Queensland-based landscaping and environmental contractor delivering revegetation, civil and infrastructure projects right across the state. We're on the lookout for a Project Supervisor who can keep projects moving, support our crews, and make sure the job gets done safely and to a high standard. If you've got solid on-the-ground experience, know your way around landscape construction, and take pride in leading teams that deliver quality work, this could be a great next step.

The role

You'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, planning works, managing budgets and schedules, and keeping everything running smoothly. You'll work closely with our field crews, subcontractors, and clients to make sure projects stay on track, on time, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver landscaping and environmental projects across Queensland

• Manage programs, budgets, procurement, and site QA records

• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Maintain strong safety and environmental standards

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to keep communication clear and consistent

About you

• At least 5 years' experience supervising landscaping, civil or environmental projects

• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, soils, irrigation, and planting techniques

• Confident managing multiple sites and tight timeframes

• White Card and current driver's licence

• Great communicator and natural team leader

A Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence or above is highly desired for this role.

It's a bonus if you have

Qualifications in Landscape Construction, Civil, Horticulture or Project Management, or experience with ISO/AS4419 compliance systems.
