Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist

About the role
Therapy Point Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Seven Hills, NSW 2147. This is a full-time role; however, we also consider part-time and contract positions. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualised treatment plans for clients
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client care
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities
- Mentor and supervise junior occupational therapists as required
What we're looking for
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist, with demonstrated expertise in paediatric
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

- Senior Occupational Therapist: $100,000 - $115,000 + Superanuation
- Occupational Therapist: $90, ,000 and Superanuation
- Continuous Professional Development will be provided by the company ($1500 per year) for fulltime position and $1000 for part time position.
- Performance bonus
Contract
Flexible working hours/choose your own hours- Mostly clinic based paediatric clients and complete admin support
$115-$125 per hour depending on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Casual
