PopovBass is seeking a Senior Project Architect to play a pivotal role in Project Design, Design Development, Tender Documentation and site management.

Based in Surry Hills, we specialise in high end luxury, complex residential and mixed-use projects.

As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for concept delivery, construction details, DA preparation, CC documentation, tender documentation and site works.

Skills and Experience: -

o  Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, with at least 8 years' experience as a Registered Architect

o  Proficiency in ArchiCAD

o  Solid understanding of construction methodologies and architectural detailing

o  Experience with larger complex bespoke residential projects - Class 2 building experience an advantage

o  Excellent attention to detail

o  Effectively manage and meet project milestones

o  Ability to coordinate and liaise with consultant team, consent authorities and other key stakeholders

o  
Experience dealing directly with clients

o  
Mus
t have Australian residency

This role suits someone who recognises good design, is meticulous and is experienced in high end construction. You understand the expectations and needs of key stakeholders and are passionate about doing a good job and seeing projects through to completion.
