We are now seeking a
Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator
to help connect our accommodation solutions with organizations that need housing for their staff, clients, or contractors.

Role Overview

In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with key groups such as:

  • Hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
  • Training institutions and education providers
  • Construction and infrastructure companies
  • Community service organizations

You will help raise awareness of our housing options, coordinate referral arrangements, and work closely with our leasing team to ensure smooth tenant onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify organizations that may need short- or long-term housing.
  • Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
  • Share information about our housing model, pricing, and benefits.
  • Assist in preparing partnership or referral agreements.
  • Track outreach activity and results using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at relevant events and community meetings.

Who You Are

  • Great at building relationships and networking.
  • Experience in outreach, sales support, or client engagement.
  • Comfortable working independently and achieving activity targets.
  • Knowledge of property or housing (preferred but not required).
  • Confident communicator with a positive, proactive approach.
