About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our esteemed client's team based in Hedland. This position is Monday to Friday, for a 12 month duration, full time hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment support and guidance to managers and senior leaders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, identifying and engaging top talent.
- Develop sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
- Manage the day-to-day recruitment processes, ensuring data integrity and pre-employment document collection.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to attracting and retaining the best talent to support organizational growth.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring the right people are hired at the right time.
Skills and Experience:
- Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- National Police Clearance.
- Current 'C' class driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
