An innovative, dynamic, growing technology scale up business with lots of passion and energy is expanding rapidly and requires a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and secure exceptional talent.
You will partner closely with leaders to forecast hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and provide an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce plans and capability requirements.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche markets and hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and competitor intelligence to guide decision-making.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing and sourcing to assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Draft and optimise position descriptions, job advertisements, and outreach messaging.
- Embed equitable, inclusive, and unbiased recruitment practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on selection methods and interview capability.
- Maintain consistent communication and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager on employer branding initiatives and workforce projects.
- Champion a seamless, respectful, and timely candidate experience.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of employee value proposition (EVP) campaigns and talent marketing initiatives.
- Support ATS implementation and ensure accurate data capture to generate recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Uphold compliance with workplace legislation, privacy requirements, and company policies.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
About You
- 3+ years' experience in an in-house talent acquisition role.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a high-growth or scale-up environment.
- Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
- Skilled in managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (desirable).
- Previous experience working in a scaling fast paced Technology startup.
