  • Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Location: James Street precinct, Fortitude Valley

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage patient bookings, registrations, and enquiries (in person, by phone, and via email).
  • Support clinical and management teams with accurate administration and patient record keeping.
  • Manage day-to-day billing tasks, including private, Medicare, DVA and insurance claims.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and smooth clinic operations.

What We Are Looking For
  • A friendly, flexible, and energetic team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organised and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
  • Previous experience in radiology, medical reception, or customer service is highly regarded.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and medical practice management systems (or willingness to learn).
