  Role Summary

The role of our Quality & Compliance Officer supports the Aged Care management to ensure the facility complies with relevant regulatory requirements. The role also monitors compliance and quality systems in line with relevant standards, regulatory guidelines, state and federal law and organisation's policies and procedures. 

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintain registers for incidents and feedback and liaise with managers of respective facility for follow up and resolution 
  • Collaborate with Senior Quality & Compliance Officer to collate and analyse monthly statistics 
  • Identify trends, serious incidents and complaints
  • Run reports to support meeting agenda and managements oversight of Clinical Governance  


This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Belmont

Skills, Attributes and Experience

Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for details, proficiency working with MS Office applications and strong administration skills. You will also have a track record of remaining organised in a deadline-driven environment that's filled with competing priorities. You will have well developed interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and be a willing and effective team player.

As well as the above, the key requirements include:

  • Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance 
  • Experience in a quality and compliance capacity is desirable, but not essential
  • Qualifications and/or experience within a relevant field is desirable, but not essential
